Cards are not original to this set, but age appropriate and printed by the Military Sea Transportation Service or MSTS (founded in 1949), Dept. Possibly a convention or customer give away? About Rawlplug: John Rawlings was an English contractor who is credited with inventing the expansion anchor and founding the Rawlplug company.

Rawlplug became popular in the U. S in the 1940's and 50's and under the name Rawl Company. Branch (Rawl Company), while Rawlplug continues as a separate company and still sells throughout Europe.
