It has a heavy glossy hardwood case with brass hardware. 2 decks of sealed vintage Golden Nugget playing cards (plastic is wearing off, but the deck seal is intact). 2 decks of History of Las Vegas playing cards (unsealed). 5 standard dice in a sealed set. 2 cancelled Palace Station dice. 2 cancelled Green Valley Ranch dice. There are slight small scratches on the exterior top, so please refer to the images for more detail in the condition.
