There is one for each of the 32 teams that played in the tournament, plus the 7 ultra rare commemorative chips for the 7 countries that had won the World Cup at the time (there's no Spain, since they hadn't won one yet). These are in beautiful shape and you won't see many full sets out there. It took 10 friends in Japan and a few Yahoo Auctions to complete the set because those winner chips were so rare.
