189 Clear Poker Chip Set &. Bakelite Rack Art Deco - Victory?

The makers marks in the top have a knight with a sword and a large shield that is the letter VVictory brand? No cracks or chips but does have some fine scratches and scuffs from age and use. All but one of the original feet on the bottom are worn off and the end pieces are still inside(the gray one is a replacement rubber one), the gold Catalin base is riveted on(the two smaller black circles on the bottom). Here are 94(of 100) ivory white chips, 57(of 60) clear red and 38(of 40) clear blue. It measures 11 1/4" long x 4 1/4" deep x 5 1/4 tall and weighs 3oz.
